It's a BOY!!!

So we were very thrilled to hear we were giving Kyle a little brother to wrestle around with and I can see broken lamps and other breakable things broken in my future.... Matt was so thrilled when he learned we were having another boy...he wore a smile on his face for about a week I think... Kyle is getting more and more aware that there is a baby in Mommy's tummy. If I ask him where the baby is most of the time he will point to my growing belly and say babeeee! He is so precious.

We are all coming down with colds this week it seems.... Matt is the one hold out but for how long I am not sure....he is taking extra vitamins and we are praying against it...it is not fun to work with a cold! Kyle had it the worst a few days ago and even slept with us. He loves giving mommy kisses too....which is why mommy is now sick. LOL.

I have been inspired by a Steven Curtis Chapman song lately. Called "Do Everything" The First part of the song is what gets me:

Your picking up toys on the living room floor for the 15th time today
Matching up socks
Sweeping up lost cheerios that got away
You put a baby on your hip
Color on your lips and head out the door

While I may not know you,
I bet I know you
Wonder sometimes, does it matter at all?

Well let me remind you, it all matters just as long
As you do everything you do to the glory of the One who made you,
Cause he made you,
To do
Every little thing that you do
To bring a smile to His face
Tell the story of grace
With every move that you make
And every little thing you do

I just love it! This is my life....I am a mom and a wife and taking care of my home is what God wants me to do for my family to honor them and even more honor God! So I am taking care of my home for the glory of the Lord! Amen!

We also started going to a new church recently....well we went to once service. We really really liked it. Kyle enjoyed the nursery and we feel safe leaving him there. We were going to try to go this Sunday again but with Kyle having his cold we don't want to expose him to the other kids so we are going to wait and go the following Sunday. It feels good going to church as a family. :)

Anyway...I will write some more a a week or so, I am going to relax on the couch and enjoy being still in my very clean home!
